Dog Day Care & Grooming Requirements
- dogs must be 4 months of age or older.
- dogs must be de-sexed, have current vaccination and be non aggressive.
Please complete the enrolment form at the bottom of this page & post, email, or fax back to K9 to 5 Staff. This form must be completed prior commencing to Dog Day Care or Grooming Services.
